Vendor set up: Tuesday, September 23, 2025, 9:00 a.m.-4:30p.m. Tear Down: completed by 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2025
Convention Floor hours: Tuesday 5-9 p.m., Wednesday & Thursday 9a.m.-5p.m., Friday 9a.m.-2p.m.
Booth rentals receive 1 ticket to the Cocktail Reception, 1 for the Banquet per booth and 1 boxed lunch each day.
(i.e. The more booths rented the more tickets and lunches are provided)
WOCP Dealer and/or Teacher Member 15% DISCOUNT ON BOOTH RENTAL (With dues current as of 08/1/25. Confirm with WOCP.)
An additional 5% DISCOUNT ON BOOTH RENTAL with a commitment to teach a 2 1⁄2 hour Paint-in Class during the Convention.

THE APPICANT (EXHIBITOR) HEREBY AGREES THAT THE WORLD ORGANIZATION OF CHINA PAINTERS, THE
WOCP BIENNIAL CONVENTION AND SHOW, PAROQUET SPRINGS CONFERENCE CENTER, AND THE
AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, COMMITTEES, AND MEMBERSHIP OF EACH:
1. Shall be held harmless from all claims, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees, and expenses of whatever kind or nature,
which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of the applicant (exhibitor) or any of its offices, agents,
employees, representatives, or assignees, including but not limited to claims or damages or loss of property, loss, harm injury
or death to the person or any of the applicants or any of its officers, agents, employees, representatives, or assignees.
2. Shall not assume any liability for claims from loss of property prior, during, or after the show, due to an act of God, theft,
3. fine, or any reason beyond the control of the above agents.
4. Shall assume no responsibility for any business transactions between exhibitors and their customers.
5. Shall in no way be held liable for loss of income or expenses if, due to reasons beyond their control, the show is cancelled.
6. Should such a cancellation occur, WOCP, will refund to the exhibitor, the amount of rental paid, less a proportionate share
of the show expenses incurred, and the World Organization of China Painters shall have no further obligation or liability
to the exhibitor.
OTHER:
1. The arrangement of the booths in the Convention area shall be at the sole discretion of the Convention Board and their
location will be made to maximize use of the available show space.
2. No sub-leasing, reassignment, or sharing of booth space will be permitted or allowed without the written consent from

4. The 2025 WOCP Biennial Convention and Show Board reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any exhibitors, only items
deemed appropriate by WOCP Convention Board may be sold or displayed.
5. Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance.
6. Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly exhibit area. Aisle spaces shall remain free of any obstructions.
The aisles must be open at all times to meet safety codes.
7. Any deliveries for your business and booth, including but not limited to displays or product, must be arranged with Convention
Location and processed and managed by your representative on site.
8. Only exhibitors will be allowed in the showroom area during setup time. It is expected that exhibitors shall properly staff
their booths during show hours. WOCP staff, volunteers, board members and committee members are not liable or
responsible for staffing or staging any vendor booth. Booth designs must be such as not to obstruct the view or interfere with the
exhibits of others.
9. Exhibitors shall be permitted to enter the show area during the setup hours as specified in the vendor section of this
document and shall not be permitted to remain in the showroom area after the showroom closing hour each evening.
The only exception will be the last afternoon.
10. No exhibitors may dismantle their display prior to the closing time of the show.
11. Kentucky State Tax must be collected on items sold unless the purchaser can show evidence of an authorized resale number.
Exhibitors are responsible for all tax.
12. The 2025 WOCP Biennial Convention and Show Board shall rule upon all matters or issues not covered herein.
13. At the discretion of the Convention President, the President has the right to refuse booth applicants, or any inappropriate
merchandise displayed at the event.
